Every Australian photographer, with the opportunity, interprets Princes Pier in Port Melbourne in their own way. We had a couple of hours to kill awaiting the sailing of the Spirit of Tasmania which just happens to berth at the adjacent Spirit Station Pier. So, this was my opportunity to explore the historic components of the pier and to record some of the modern-day individuals who continue to use it.
